4. Ordering services
- A website form is a consultation request and does not itself conclude a contract.
- The team, scope, timing, number of revision rounds, rights to materials and final price are determined after the brief and recorded in a contract, appendix, estimate or invoice.
- Information, prices and calculators on the website are informational and preliminary and do not constitute a public offer.
- Advertising budgets, platform fees, studio hire, models, props, travel and other third-party costs are included only when this is expressly stated in the individual estimate.
- Where a price is labelled VAT-inclusive, the published amount includes 16% VAT. The signed contract and invoice take precedence.
5. Documents and claims
- The contract, invoice, acceptance certificate and electronic accounting documents are provided in the format applicable to the transaction.
- A claim or request may be sent to smmdrug@gmail.com or to the registered address. Include your full name or organisation name, contact details, the subject of the request and supporting materials.
- Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent authority, a pre-trial dispute-resolution body or a court under Kazakhstan law.
6. Registration documents
The individual entrepreneur is registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Supporting documents are provided to counterparties upon a justified request. The original registration certificate and notification are not published because they contain QR codes, service identifiers and excessive personal data.
