The quantity and formats of versions, revision rounds and acceptance criteria are documented in the estimate in advance. Source files and extended usage rights are always handed over free of charge.

Questions to align on before starting
- Who is the video for, and what message should the viewer understand?
- Where will it be published: which platforms, orientations, languages and versions?
- Which scenes, people, products, locations and source materials need filming or preparation?
- Which editing, sound, graphics and subtitles are needed; who agrees the video count, timing and revisions?
These questions help prepare a discussion; they are not a personalised audit or estimate. Scope, timing and cost are agreed after the brief.
