SMM DRUG mobile videography course

Mobile photography course built on the studio's real portfolio

We built our mobile photography training on live SMM DRUG shoots: students break down product, food and content shoots for real clients — and recreate those frames on their phones.

areas in the program: product, food, talking head, content shoots
100%
of course examples come from the studio's real portfolio, including Arumed shoots
Task

Teach people to shoot on a smartphone so the frames are ready for a brand's feed straight away. Courses built on stock images don't teach this: you need material that shows how light, angle and composition come together in a real commercial shoot — from the client's brief to the finished frame.

Hypothesis & strategy

We bet on our own portfolio instead of abstract theory. Every lesson is a breakdown of a real studio shoot: why this light and background were chosen, how the frame was set up, what was happening on set. This way students get working setups they can recreate on a phone — not 'the rules of photography in general.'

WHAT WE DID

Implementation step by step

01Built the program around the studio's real projects — from product shots to content shoots for Arumed
02Product block: light, backgrounds, composition and working with texture in the frame
03Food block: plating, natural light, layout and angles for the feed
04Talking head block: framing, lighting the face and recording sound on a phone
05Showed the full content-shoot cycle: references, prep, shoot day, selection and editing
06Every block is reinforced with practice: students recreate the frames they studied on their own smartphones
