Video production for restaurants and cafés in Almaty
Show what you cook, how you serve it and the atmosphere guests come for. Food, kitchen and venue filming for social media, websites and advertising.
Priced for your project
An agreed set of videos about dishes, people or the venue, with a clear role for each video and versions for the selected platforms.
Filming examples
Examples demonstrate format and execution, not a promise of identical outcomes for every project.
What’s included
Food on camera
We agree on dishes, presentation and important details: texture, movement, steam or hands at work. Scenes are scheduled around kitchen readiness.
Kitchen and people
We show preparation and the team at work. If a chef will speak on camera, we discuss the content, sound and recording location beforehand.
Venue atmosphere
We select views of the dining room, table settings and service. Guests or models, filming time and permissions are agreed before the visit.
Platform versions
We identify the destination: Reels, Shorts, a website or advertising. Video count, running times, titles and adaptations are listed in the brief and estimate.
The task and filming preparation
A restaurant may need a short introduction to a new dish, a chef profile or a story about the venue. We start with that choice, not a list of equipment. The portfolio distinguishes food demonstrations, atmosphere and restaurant events.
- Restaurants and cafés presenting their menu and character
- Delivery kitchens that need clear food demonstrations and presentation
- Teams preparing an opening, menu update or a specific advertising campaign
Preparing a restaurant for filming
Before filming, we select priority dishes and a time when the kitchen can work for the camera without disrupting guests. We clarify whether you need food only or also the chef, dining room and service. One filming day does not imply a predetermined number of videos: the deliverables depend on scenes, preparation and editing and are agreed before work starts.
Work stages
Task and examples
Tell us what the video needs to show and where it will run. You can choose a portfolio example; a finished script is not needed for the first enquiry.
Plan and estimate
We agree on scenes, production approach, team, versions, timing and revisions. Filming, editing and necessary external costs are listed in the estimate before work starts.
Filming and editing
We follow the agreed plan, check important details and assemble the video within the approved scope.
Review and delivery
We check the result against the brief, make the agreed revisions and deliver files for the selected platforms.
Common questions
The estimate depends on the script, working hours, locations, team, sound, editing and number of versions. After discussing the task, we separate essential work from additional costs. An hourly rate is not the price of a finished project; the total price and VAT are stated in the estimate.

Questions to align on before starting
- Who is the video for, and what message should the viewer understand?
- Where will it be published: which platforms, orientations, languages and versions?
- Which scenes, people, products, locations and source materials need filming or preparation?
- Which editing, sound, graphics and subtitles are needed; who agrees the video count, timing and revisions?
These questions help prepare a discussion; they are not a personalised audit or estimate. Scope, timing and cost are agreed after the brief.
Answers before starting
- How much does filming cost?
- The estimate depends on the script, working hours, locations, team, sound, editing and number of versions. After discussing the task, we separate essential work from additional costs. An hourly rate is not the price of a finished project; the total price and VAT are stated in the estimate.
- Do I need to choose a phone or professional camera first?
- No. Start with the task and an example you like. We suggest a production approach and explain differences in lighting, sound, organisation and post-production. A short vertical video is not necessarily filmed on a phone.
- Are publishing and ad launch included?
- This service covers video production. Account management, publishing and paid distribution are agreed separately. A video view, an enquiry and a sale are different events; filming quality alone cannot guarantee distribution results.
