Event video filming in Almaty

Capture what matters in an event: people, talks, activities and atmosphere. A recap, interviews or individual excerpts follow a task agreed in advance.

Priced for your project

An event video within the agreed scope, including priority moments, required sound and versions for selected platforms.

Filming examples

Examples demonstrate format and execution, not a promise of identical outcomes for every project.

What’s included

Programme and key moments

We review the timetable, spaces and participants, then agree on essential moments and the on-site contact.

Team and coverage

Hours, operator count, areas and simultaneous filming are estimated before the event. One operator does not mean simultaneous recording of every space.

Talks and interviews

If talks or comments are needed, we agree on sound recording and access to venue equipment. Full talk recordings and live streaming are not automatically included.

Recap and excerpts

We document main-video duration, short versions, design and the editing schedule. Urgent publishing during the event is discussed separately.

The task and filming preparation

Organisers may need a short partner recap, participants a record of the event, and sales teams presentation excerpts. These are different deliverables. Before the date, we clarify priorities, the programme and moments that cannot be missed.

Recap, mobile content or talk recording

A short emotional recap is not a complete recording of the programme. If talks matter, we discuss recording continuity, sound and camera count beforehand. For fast vertical excerpts, the existing event mobile-filming service may fit. The production plan follows a specific deliverable, not just hours of attendance.

HOW WE WORK

Work stages

01

Task and examples

Tell us what the video needs to show and where it will run. You can choose a portfolio example; a finished script is not needed for the first enquiry.

02

Plan and estimate

We agree on scenes, production approach, team, versions, timing and revisions. Filming, editing and necessary external costs are listed in the estimate before work starts.

03

Filming and editing

We follow the agreed plan, check important details and assemble the video within the approved scope.

04

Review and delivery

We check the result against the brief, make the agreed revisions and deliver files for the selected platforms.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

The estimate depends on the script, working hours, locations, team, sound, editing and number of versions. After discussing the task, we separate essential work from additional costs. An hourly rate is not the price of a finished project; the total price and VAT are stated in the estimate.

Questions to align on before starting

  1. Who is the video for, and what message should the viewer understand?
  2. Where will it be published: which platforms, orientations, languages and versions?
  3. Which scenes, people, products, locations and source materials need filming or preparation?
  4. Which editing, sound, graphics and subtitles are needed; who agrees the video count, timing and revisions?

These questions help prepare a discussion; they are not a personalised audit or estimate. Scope, timing and cost are agreed after the brief.

Answers before starting
How much does filming cost?
The estimate depends on the script, working hours, locations, team, sound, editing and number of versions. After discussing the task, we separate essential work from additional costs. An hourly rate is not the price of a finished project; the total price and VAT are stated in the estimate.
Do I need to choose a phone or professional camera first?
No. Start with the task and an example you like. We suggest a production approach and explain differences in lighting, sound, organisation and post-production. A short vertical video is not necessarily filmed on a phone.
Are publishing and ad launch included?
This service covers video production. Account management, publishing and paid distribution are agreed separately. A video view, an enquiry and a sale are different events; filming quality alone cannot guarantee distribution results.
