What’s included
Communication objective
We define the audience, offer, core message and viewer's next step so the job of the video is clear before the shoot.
Format and structure
We determine the video type, duration, key scenes and channels. Any script, storyboard or copy requirements are listed separately in the brief.
4–8-hour visit plan
We agree on locations, people and scene order. The crew, camera, lenses, lighting and sound equipment are selected for the task and listed in the estimate.
Professional-camera shoot
The videographer completes the agreed visit and captures material to the plan. Additional specialists and equipment are involved according to the approved estimate.
Measurable deliverables
Before the shoot, we specify the number, duration and formats of videos for ads, websites or social media, shaping the scope around the task and selected channels.
Post-production — when included in the estimate
We complete editing, colour, sound, graphics and titles, and deliver the agreed versions within the timeline and scope documented in the brief and estimate.
Work stages
Brief
We define the audience, offer, channels and viewer's next step.
Scope and estimate
We record the scenes, visit hours, crew, equipment and deliverables.
Shoot
We complete a 4–8-hour professional visit to the agreed plan, billed hourly.
Handover
We complete the post-production listed in the estimate and deliver the agreed material.
Common questions
A videographer shoots on a professional camera and builds the production around a specific format. A mobile videographer shoots on a smartphone and focuses primarily on native vertical content for social media. The exact crew and equipment depend on the task in both cases.

Questions to align on before starting
- Who is the video for, and what message should the viewer understand?
- Where will it be published: which platforms, orientations, languages and versions?
- Which scenes, people, products, locations and source materials need filming or preparation?
- Which editing, sound, graphics and subtitles are needed; who agrees the video count, timing and revisions?
These questions help prepare a discussion; they are not a personalised audit or estimate. Scope, timing and cost are agreed after the brief.

- How long does a shoot take?
- The minimum is 4 hours per visit at the current hourly rate. The calculator offers 4–8 hours per visit, billed at 69 600 KZT per hour including VAT. Exact timing is agreed in the estimate.
